A.C.D.

I have ACD (The first step is admitting you have a problem). It stands for Anal Compulsive Disorder. Its not the same as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or OCD. The difference between OCD and ACD: People with OCD have no control over what they do and have to deal with life long therapy and meds just to feel normal. Me, I can quit at anytime.

I Wonder

If there were a hole straight through the center of the earth all the way to the other side and you jumped in, at what point would you stop falling?

Monkeys Are Cool

Monkeys are only a few base pairs away from being our brothers. Well, actually they are in the case of some of my friends relatives. "Can we get a back wax over here please!" I think we marvel at them because they are so much like us, but they can get away with things we can't. There have been many times when I would have loved to hurl my poop at someone. Everyday driving home from work in fact. If I could get away with launching a turd in the general direction of every retard on the road, this would be such a better world. The only sticking point is grabbing the steering wheel afterwards. Hmmmm, if I could instantaneously and effectively raise the PSI in my rectum just as someone passed by my scope of view, I could make a clean launch hands free. Fiber is my friend.

I Wonder

If you stared at the sun long enough, would your eyes water?

If the world were truly flat, where would you fall to? Would all the ocean's water just spill over and empty out?

A Rush From Above

Caffeine. Oh how I love thee. You are a fiend indeed. Stealing my heart beats away as my pulse increases. You come in many forms. Swirling in my soda and coffee. And sometimes in not so obvious places like gum and breath mints. I forgive you as long as you can keep up the buzz when I take you in and the warm fuzzies I get when I think of consuming you through my favorite vector.

TomTom

I agree children are being over medicated with hyperactivity disorder. It is also true that much of the science that psychiatry uses to treat this and depression are still unproven. That is, what exactly causes these ailments and what exactly the medicine supposedly does to correct it. You claim to have done your homework and read up on the subject. I think that is the responsible thing to do. You call psychiatry a pseudo science. That is fine. But then by the same criteria, you have to call scientology a pseudo science. None of L. Ron Hubbard's supposed research has been published much less viewed by the scientific community. It has not been tested by the scientific method like you hold psychiatry to. Lets be fair. I have read dianetics and scientology. I wasn't impressed. I am all for living a better life that benefits myself as well as all of mankind, but I fail to see it in scientology. So before you beat your drum next time, apply a little research to your own science first.

Its a Start

Only took 40 years to get going.
